How to get your Indonesia pension statement
How to retrieve your own official pension record from Indonesia, step by step.
This is free — you can do it yourself
There is no charge for your own pension record. The guide below just makes it faster. PensionChart never asks for your portal login, and never contacts an authority on your behalf.
What you're asking for
Saldo JHT (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan)
Known in English as the Old-age savings (JHT) balance. Look for this name on the site — it may not be translated.

Before you start
- Your KPJ number (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan membership number), on your membership card or payslips.
- The JMO (Jamsostek Mobile) app, or access to the LAPAK ASIK online claims portal.
- Your Indonesian employers and dates, and your identity document as registered — passport number for foreign workers.
Steps
- Install JMO or open the BPJS siteBPJS Ketenagakerjaan administers Indonesia's employment social security, including JHT (old-age savings) and JP (pension).Open this page ↗
- Check your JHT balanceJHT is a savings balance with returns credited to it — the part most foreign workers actually hold.Open this page ↗
- Check whether you were also in the JP pension schemeJP is the monthly pension programme, and foreign workers are generally excluded from it. If you are a foreign national, expect JHT only — and treat that as the correct answer rather than a missing record.
- If you have left Indonesia, claim the JHT balanceJHT can be withdrawn as a lump sum on permanent departure. Smaller balances can be claimed through the JMO app with face verification; larger ones go through LAPAK ASIK or a branch.Open this page ↗
- Save the statementKeep the balance statement and the claim reference number.
If it doesn't work
- You cannot find your KPJ number
- It is on the membership card and on payslips. BPJS can trace it from your identity document and employer, and the app can search by identity number.
- Face verification in the app fails from abroad
- The LAPAK ASIK online channel and branch submissions are the alternatives. Claims above the app's limit have to go that way regardless.
- Your employer deducted but never registered you
- Report it to BPJS with payslips showing the deduction — this is a compliance matter they pursue, and the contributions can be recovered.

Once you have it
Upload the statement to your vault and we'll read the figures out of it — balances, benefits, vesting and retirement ages — and tell you what changed since your last one.
