PensionChart offers a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee on one-time purchases (Unlock and Lifetime). You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided you have not downloaded or exported your consolidated pension report. Once you download or export your report, your purchase is considered fulfilled and the money-back guarantee no longer applies. After you've downloaded your report, you keep full access to view and re-download it forever. To request a refund, contact privacy@pensionchart.com (or support@pensionchart.com); refunds are issued to your original payment method.
EU consumers — right of withdrawal
PensionChart provides digital content and services that begin as soon as you access the paid features. By purchasing and accessing those features you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once performance has begun. Our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee above applies regardless and is more generous than the statutory right.
