Pricing
€990 for 10 client codes — €99 each, valid 12 months.
There is no adviser price
A code costs €99: exactly what your client would pay if they found us themselves. Not a discount, not a markup, not a tier.
That is a position, not an oversight. We don't have an adviser price because we don't have an adviser product that is better than the client's — it is the same account, with the same data, on the same terms. A discount would mean the person you handed a code to paid more than you did for the identical thing, and they can see our price list. A markup would make us something you resell, which is a different relationship with different obligations.
The same reasoning is why we take no commission and no referral fee in either direction — how we stay independent sets out the whole position.
What a code is
A single-use string. Whoever holds it can create their own PensionChart account and unlock the full picture: every pension across every country they've worked in, with a source and a date against each figure, the document vault, the timeline and the deadline tracking.
What a code is not
Not a seat. Nothing is provisioned to a named person when you buy. You are buying strings, not licences attached to people.
Not a workspace. There is no adviser-side container holding your clients. You get a private page listing which codes have been used and which haven't — never who used them, because we don't know.
Not a login of your own. PensionChart has no adviser account type. Your access to a client's picture is a read-only link they create and can revoke.
Not resellable. Codes are licences for individual end users to redeem, and may not be resold, marked up, or bundled into a paid package — that is in the terms, and it follows from there being one price.
How it works in practice
You buy a block, we email you the codes and a private link to track them, and you hand them out. Your client redeems theirs at pensionchart.com/redeem. The full workflow, including what you cannot do.
If you need something else
Everything above is the whole of it — one price, no volume tier, and nothing held back for a negotiation. More than 10 clients, an invoice rather than a card, a DPA, or a procurement process to get through — book a call with Marco, who founded PensionChart and is the only person you would be talking to, or email him if you would rather write. There is no sales process at the other end.
Refunds follow the same policy as everywhere else on the site: our refund policy.
