Co-branding for firms
A firm large enough to want its clients using this under its own name can have a co-branded deployment. Nothing on this page is built yet — it describes what such an arrangement would be, so a conversation can start from the same understanding rather than discovering the constraints halfway through.
Powered by, never instead of
We sell "powered by PensionChart" co-branding. We do not sell brand removal, at any price.
Your name and colours on the surface your clients see; ours on the data. The attribution, the date the figures were current, the per-figure source, and the line telling the reader to verify with the scheme administrator are fixed. They cannot be removed, hidden or resized by a customer, and there is no tier that unlocks doing so.
That is not a licensing preference. A client of yours reading a figure needs to know who established it and when, and whether it has been checked — and if a co-branded version could drop the line naming the free official route, then the principle that route is always named would have become a marketing claim rather than a rule. It has to hold everywhere or it holds nowhere.
What it would include
Your firm's name and mark on the client-facing surface, your own entry point, and the same product underneath: the country directory, the document vault, the per-figure provenance, the timeline and the deadlines. The same data, verified once, on the same dates — because maintaining a second set for one customer is how a record stops being reliable.
What it would cost
There is a one-off to set it up and then an ongoing charge, and which shape of ongoing charge is cheaper depends on how many clients you have — which is exactly why a number published here would mislead more firms than it helped. Tell us the size and shape of the firm and you'll get a straight figure back.
Either way you get a figure. Whether it comes back in an email or a short call is your choice — there is no deck, and no form to fill in first. If writing is easier, tell Marco, who founded PensionChart the size and shape of the firm and a number comes back.
What it would not include
Adviser accounts holding client data, a firm-level workspace, or anything that makes us a processor of your clients' personal information. That is a different company with data processing agreements, operational-resilience contract terms and vendor due diligence attached, and it is not this one.
Nor any per-consumer economics: no referral fees, no lead fees, no success fees, no revenue share. Co-branding does not create an exception to how we stay independent.
Commercial and liability terms are draft pending Dutch counsel and are not settled.
